Below are links to the reporting and whistleblowing portals for the Festi Group. These portals are not intended for concerns regarding prices, product quality or other general feedback. We kindly ask that such feedback be directed to the relevant company within the Festi Group, where it will be handled through the appropriate channels.
Reporting Portal
The Reporting Portal is intended for external parties, suppliers and customers of Festi and its subsidiaries who wish to report concerns about possible misconduct or improper conduct in connection with the company’s value chain. This may include, for example, environmental matters, adverse human rights impacts or other relevant concerns.
Whistleblowing Portal
The Whistleblowing Portal is intended for current and former employees of Festi and its subsidiaries, as well as other parties who have or have had connections with the companies through their work, services, business dealings, or collaboration, and who wish to submit reports regarding possible misconduct or improper conduct in connection with the companies’ operations.
Festi hf. Policy on Whistleblowing and Reports from the Value Chain
The Festi Group has adopted a policy setting out the procedures and responsibilities for receiving, investigating and handling whistleblowing matters within Festi and its subsidiaries, in accordance with Act No. 40/2020 on the Protection of Whistleblowers, Act No. 90/2018 on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data, as well as other applicable rules.
The policy also defines procedures for receiving reports from parties in the Group’s value chains, as well as from customers, concerning adverse human rights impacts.
